Hours: 2:00 PM–2:00 AM IST (Asia/Kolkata), seven days a week. The 2:00 AM close is on the following calendar day. Staff confirm your exact date and time by WhatsApp text.

Video consultation bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed. Clinic-side failure, technical failure and duplicate payments have an administrative resolution path through clinic staff.
