Which doctor will I speak with?

How long does a consultation take?

Usually 30–60 minutes, depending on what you bring. Video consultations run every day from 2 pm to 2 am IST, so evenings and overseas time zones fit.

What happens in the first consultation?

The doctor listens first: your symptoms, your routine and what you want help with. Then an examination where it is needed, and a plain explanation of what he thinks is going on and whether medicine is the right next step.

How a consultation unfolds
Will I always be given medicine?

No. A consultation can end with advice alone. When a course is appropriate, its length is decided only after the consultation. Nothing is sold in advance.

How is a treatment course arranged?

For some ongoing concerns, around three months, with medicines in 15-day portions. Each portion is a chance to tell the clinic what is changing. Reception follows up generally every seven days, and the plan is adjusted with the doctor as you go. Medicines and duration are personalised.

Can I take Ayurvedic medicine alongside my other medicines?

Often yes, but tell the doctor every medicine you take, including for blood pressure, diabetes or the heart. Do not stop a prescribed medicine on your own. The doctor plans around what you already take and says clearly if anything should wait.

What if I notice bleeding when passing stool?

Repeated or unexplained bleeding needs medical assessment. Heavy bleeding, faintness or severe pain needs prompt in-person care. Do not wait for a WhatsApp reply.

In India, ₹500 covers one video consultation with Dr. D. K. Sharma, usually 30–60 minutes. Medicines, tests and further appointments are separate unless agreed. Outside India, confirm your price before you pay.
